Ms. Chayanika Srivastava, Founder, Hold On Pvt. Ltd, hails from the city of Nawabs, Lucknow. She is an ISO Certified Career Guidance and Counselling Expert. She has bags full of experience as counsellor in various capacities. She holds a Master of Arts Degree in Psychology and did a specialized course ‘Psychological counselling’ from CMC Vellore.

After completing her studies, she moved to Bengaluru in the year 2013. Having been engaged with top notch schools in Bengaluru as counsellor. She also loves being close to nature. Bumblebee is the word that describes best her desire to measure length and breadth of the country as she can often be seen on highways, throttling those extra RPMs on her motorbike. It’s Ms. Srivastava’s passion about humankind and human behavior that drove her to come up with the idea of ‘Hold On’. With the company, she wishes to help those who are stuck in their spaces and find themselves stranded in no man’s land.
